KTSF is seeking a part-time Content Creator and Social Media Manager for its KTSF Go Lifestyle Information Platform. This person will be responsible for creating and publishing in depth, high-quality content in simplified-Chinese on travel, education, relationships, and other lifestyle related topics. This job will be 100% work from home or a remote location but must be in California.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly research and formulate ideas on a variety of topics.
• Strategize and incorporate products and services into content.
• Utilize AI generative tools to assist creation and fact-check content.
• Create 1 to 2 pieces of 800-1500 words content per hour in simplified Chinese.
• Incorporate photos and ads.
• Translate content to English.
• Post to website and social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and improve social media spread of the content.

Preferred:

Knowledge  of web publishing requirements (SEO, SEM).

Proficient  in AI content generative tools.

Experiences  in video filming and production.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, Chinese, advertising, journalism, public relations or related field, with a minimum of two years of content creation experiences required.  Work hours: 15 hours per week. Salary range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

A minimum of one year of translation work, writing, reporting in broadcast news or equivalent.   Must speak/write and have excellent command of Mandarin and English.   Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.   Salary range:  $20.00 - $30.00/hr. In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer disability and life insurance, chiropractic & acupuncture care, flex  and  401(k) plans.

KTSF is seeking a Cantonese-speaking News Reporter and Broadcast Videographer for its live Cantonese-language newscasts.  The person needs to shoot produce, write and edit news for broadcast, on-line and social media.  A minimum of one year of translation work, writing, reporting in broadcast news or equivalent.   At least 2 years experience of on-location video production, including video, audio and lighting.  Must speak/write and have excellent command of Cantonese and English is required.   Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.   Experience in Mobile Journalism is a plus. Salary range:  $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

KTSF is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant who can provide accounting processing support in the accounting department. This includes but is not limited to developing spreadsheets, databases and maintain back up documentation for accounts payables, receivables, fixed assets and payroll, invoices and contractual agreements in a prompt and professional manner. Maintain accurate and timely records on status of client payments with the objective of reducing the number of aging accounts. Salary range:  $21.00 - $22.50.

電視廣播實習生  KTSF Broadcasting Internships

The KTSF TV 26  Internship Program has on-site internship opportunities available year-round to currently enrolled college students pursuing careers in Television/Digital Production, Broadcast Journalism, Communications and other related fields. KTSF internships are unpaid and require that you enroll in a college internship program for credit.  A daily travel stipend is allowed.

The internship program at KTSF TV 26 is designed to provide students with an onsite educational experience that complements their academic studies. KTSF television is the largest Asian television station in the U.S.

Current  Available Internships:

News:  Will assist the assignment editor in researching news ideas, filming in the field, archiving news footage, writing news stories and editing news video.
