位於東灣 Tri Valley 的節日溜冰場。東灣 Tri Valley近年發展迅速﹐City Center Bishop Ranch是其中一個別具特色的休閒購物中心。節日期間﹐特別設立戶外溜冰場﹐讓顧客購物及品嚐美食之同時﹐更可以在溜冰場中感受節日的喜悅。
