黑芝杏椰烤年糕 – by Cynthia Lin
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Ts Baking Powder
1 Ts Vanilla Extract
2 Ts Pure Black Sesame Paste
1 Bag (16 Oz.) Glutinous Rice Flour
1 Cup Coconut Flake
1 Cup Sliced Almond
1. Preheat oven to 350 F degree.
2. Spray oil inside the baking Tray.
3. Beat the eggs for 3 minutes in a mixing bowl.
4. Slowly add oil, sugar, milk, coconut milk, baking powder, vanilla, and sesame paste into the bowl while continue beating the mixture.
5. Add the rice flour into the mixture.
6. Use spatula to mix in the coconut flakes.
7. Pour the mixture into the baking tray up to half of the height.
8. Spread the almond evenly on the top.
9. Put in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
10. Take out from oven and let it cool down.
11. Cut into small pieces and serve.
