Place all of soup ingredients into the pot after beef bones and meat have been simmered for one hour,  and then simmer  3 to 4 hours uncovered.

Bean Sprouts,  Cilantro, Basil Leaves, Ngo Gai ( Long Cilantro), Thinly Sliced Onions, Scallion, Jalapeno, Lime (Lemon)

Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup is ready to serve.
