SAN FRANCISCO (BCN)
A man was shot after an argument at a store in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood Wednesday night, police said Thursday.
Around 9:20 p.m., a 31-year-old man and the male suspect were arguing at a store in the 800 block of Harrison Street.
The two moved outside the store, where the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the man in the lower torso, according to police.
The man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, police said.
The suspect ran away on foot and had not been found as of Thursday morning, police said.
A manager at the T.J. Maxx clothing store at 855 Harrison St. said he could not comment on the incident and directed all calls to the company’s corporate communications office.
