At least one vehicle was damaged after several large rocks came down on southbound Highway 101 in Sausalito just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

California Highway Patrol Officer Andrew Barclay says the rocks – the biggest one 3 feet by 3 feet large – broke through fencing and spilled onto the highway around 4:45 a.m. Friday. The driver of the SUV that was damaged was taken to Marin General Hospital complaining of pain.

Barclay described his injury as minor.

Two right lanes of the highway remained closed as of 6:30 a.m.
