Nishimoto Trading Company is recalling it’s mushrooms imported from China which may contain high sulfite levels that are not included on the labeling.

1) Whole mushrooms packed in a three-ounce package
2) Sliced mushrooms packed in a two-ounce package
According to the California Department of Public Health, people who are highly sensitive to sulfites, and some asthmatics may run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions after consuming sulfites.
