Southern California authorities believe that two girls who vanished during a weekend sleepover are runaways.

Authorities used bloodhounds to hunt for 12-year-old Raylyn Bolt and 14-year-old Diana Tourdot, who are believed to have last been at Diana’s home around midnight Saturday.

Riverside police Sgt. David Amador says people have reported seeing the two girls alone together Sunday afternoon near a city plaza and police believe they ran away from home.

However, the investigation is continuing.
