(Recipe from Tzu Chi Foundation)
2 King mushroom
5 Small dry Shiitake mushroom (Reconstitute them in warm water.)
Wild Yam 1 cup
Tomato 2 large one
Snow peas 1/2 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
1. Cut all the ingredients into small cube or slice it.
2. Heat the wok and oil. Put the shiitake mushroom for 2 min until fragrant. Sautee the king mushroom for about 4 min. Set aside.
3. Heat oil then stir fry tomato for two min, then put wild yam and snow peas, then season with salt and sugar.
4. Put back king mushroom and shiitake mushroom. Stir-fry for another minute.
