In 2010, 12% of the U.S. adult population was on anti-depression medications.(thousand million). In the middle age women group, one in four are on long term anti- depression drugs. How do we combat pressure? How do we increase tolerance? How do we turn around to face the sun, turn pressure into a positive force and soar like an eagle? This is today’s topic.
