Self-Help for the Elderly is offering free computer class on April 14th, 21st, and 28th at Oakland Lincoln Court Senior Center.  This course will be teaching students some basic computer skills, like how to use Microsoft Words, how to protect your privacy on the internet, and parental control of the internet etc.

Community Health Fair

On April 19th,  Chinese Hospital, Chinatown Health Center-Nutrition Program and Cumberland Church will be organizing a Community Health Fair.  The event will be providing Free,  Glucose, Blood Pressure, Bone Density, Dental, Glaucoma, and Memory screening to local & Chinatown residents.

Attendees can also enjoy Nutrition workshop, Cooking demonstration and other resources.
