Join Local Artist Naghmeh Danishmand for two painting workshops. She started painting and illustrations at the age of nineteen. Her major sources of inspiration are Persian miniatures and poetry. She uses classical beauty to achieve peaceful atmospheres in her work. She has worked with many different techniques but she has focused on watercolor in a traditional style.
The program will be in two sessions: Watercolor on May 23, 2018 and Acrylic on June 7, 2018. Each class is limited to 18 people. Please call or visit the library for registration. Supplies will be provided. All Library programs are free!
All Library programs are free! No reservations are required. The Union City Library is a branch of the Alameda County Library system located at 34007 Alvarado-Niles Road, and is wheelchair accessible.
