Bay Area Corporate Badminton Challenge 2012

The Bay Area Corporate Badminton Challenge (BACBC) is a Bay Area inter-company team badminton tournament. This year’s BACBC has piqued the interest of 32 Bay Area high-tech company teams, including tech giants such as Cisco, Google, Oracle, and Qualcomm, to name just a few. We have over 500 participants registered to compete from varying levels of leadership within each company, including Global Directors and Vice Presidents. This is a high profile event across the high-tech industry in the Bay Area and has generated sensational publicity since its inception in 2007. Each team consists of 3 men’s doubles, 1 mixed doubles, and 1 women’s doubles seed. Each team competes first in round-robin pool play, followed by single elimination playoff brackets.
