And investigator’s say one of the suspect’s young kids appears to have been a victim.

“I’ve never heard of anything like that in Davis.”

They are accused of one of the more bizarre crimes Davis has seen.

Police arresting 62 year old Nicholas Bowen, after he allegedly went around a community park, filming his accomplice, 30 year old Wenyi Xu, opening up her jacket, flashing her naked body to younger boys.

“It’s hard to even understand the logic there and there probably isn’t very much of it.”

But two months later, the charges against the couple, two state workers, go from weird to downright disturbing – according to this federal charging document.

“Ah it’s just creepy. It kind of turns your stomach.”

Xu’s folsom neighbors wouldn’t have guessed but according to investigators after their arrest in Davis, authorities would uncover the couple previously spent time swapping child pornography over the internet, and by cell phone.

Allegedly exchanging pictures to help satisfy Bowen’s sexual appetite, pictures of young boys. Neighbors say Xu’s home was recently raided.

“There were 4 or 5 police cars over there and they had been their earlier when we were doing the lawn, we really didn’t think about it.

But it doesn’t stop there, it is Xu who is now also charged with manufacturing child porn, that child – Xu’s own baby, a toddler.

“That’s very concerning and disturbing.”

According to the complaint investigators found – it goes on to the say the photos and videos of the baby were found on both of the suspect’s phones.
