Arizona execution lasts over 100 minutes

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer is ordering a full review of the state’s execution process after it took a convicted killer one hour and 57 minutes to die by lethal injection Wednesday. The lethal injection follows one in Ohio in January in which it took an inmate 26 minutes to die. And in Oklahoma, an inmate died of a heart attack in April, minutes after prison officials halted his execution because the drugs weren’t being administered properly.
