Apple has another employee class-action lawsuit to contend with.
In the suit, employees say they were denied meal breaks and rest periods — in violation of california labor law.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs estimate that more than 20-thousand current or former Apple employees have been affected by the alleged violations.
They say the workers range from the retail to the corporate level.
Among other claims, the lawsuit says Apple employees were forced to work for stretches of five hours or more without meals.
And didn’t get breaks on shorter shifts.
Apple declined to comment.
