Homeless man saved by Chinese doctor gets a second chance: Part II

Mike Williams, an inventor who used to be a millionaire became homeless after a series of misfortunes.  He was saved by kind-hearted Dr. Chen in Sacramento.  Dr. Chen treated Williams for free, bought him clothing and rent a place for him.  Williams is now in the process of inventing a pot/capsule to provide a safe environment for homeless people.  the story has caught attention of Governor Jerry Brown and White House.
