The San Francisco 49ers Foundation hosted “49ers Celebrate the Season Day” today at Global Winter Wonderland for under-served youth from the local community. They invited 300 people to enjoy this private event. Global Winter Wonderland opened two hours early for the invited guests, with a special area for youth to meet representatives from the 49ers. Some little fans brought their footballs for autographs from their favorite players.

One boy said : “I hope they go to superbowl, they did good job.” In response to fans expectation, placekicker David Akers said :”We have a good shot than anybody, we have a lot of committed people around this team. They are doing their best as they can to come together as a team. We are hoping to have some good things happen in the near future.”
