Thanksgiving day parking for S.F.

(KTSF by Angelina Wong)

Drivers will find it easier to look for parking spaces in San Francisco tomorrow.

On Thanksgiving day,  parking meters are free in  most parts of the City except for the port.  Meters at the Port of San Francisco  are enforced 7 days a week throughout the year.  There will be no street sweeping and the City will also not enforce residential parking permits tomorrow.  That means more free parking spaces are available and drivers don’t have to worry about time limits.

On Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, parking meters will be enforced but no enforcement on residential permits.
