Scope of this Policy

This policy governs the use and collection of information from you by Lincoln Broadcasting Company, which owns and operates KTSF (“we” or “us”). This Policy governs only information collected through your use of this Site, and does not apply to information obtained by other means. By visiting this Site, you agree that your visit, you are agreeing with all of the provisions contained in this Policy as well as our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information: Personally Identifiable Information (“Personal Information”) is information that you provide to us that could be used to identify you personally. Personal Information may consist of your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birthdate, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. Although you may browse the Site without disclosing Personal Information, certain features of the Site may require you to disclose such information to us. For example, you may be asked to provide Personal Information in order to receive program updates, to participate in contests or to receive coupons from our sponsors. Of course, you are under no obligation to provide Personal Information to us, and whether or not you choose to do so is entirely your own choice. This is not a web site directed to and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. In addition, we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, do not send any information about yourself to us.

However, you will have the opportunity with each email communication to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Upon receipt of your request, we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. Removal of your Personal Information from our database will mean that you may not be eligible for certain activities for which the Personal Information is needed, such as newsletters and contests. Please be aware that we reserve the right, from time to time, to provide notices to former customers or users of this Site if, in our discretion, we determine that such communication if appropriate. If you do not wish to be contacted by us, please do not register with us or provide us with any Personal Information.
